Terms of service
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms cover your use of Tendly. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.
What Tendly is
Tendly is a tool for organizing home maintenance, bills, usage insights and records. It gives reminders and suggestions to help you stay on top of your home.
What Tendly isn't
- It never moves money. Tendly tracks bills but doesn't pay them. Paying your bills on time is up to you.
- It isn't professional advice. Maintenance intervals, tips, leak alerts and electricity plan comparisons are general guidance, not advice from a licensed contractor, inspector or financial adviser. Follow manufacturer instructions and hire qualified professionals for safety-related work such as gas, electrical, or roof repairs.
- It can't guarantee accuracy. Some information comes from public data, outside services, or automatic reading of photos, and can be wrong. Please check anything important.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Don't misuse Tendly: no breaking the law, uploading content you don't have the right to share, trying to access other people's data, or disrupting the service.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Your content
The information and files you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run Tendly for you, as described in our privacy policy.
Plans and changes
Tendly offers a free plan with limits shown in the app. Features may change, be added, or be retired over time, and some are marked “coming soon”. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll show the price clearly before you're charged anything.
No warranty, limited liability
Tendly is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as damage from maintenance that wasn't done, late fees, or missed reminders, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which on the free plan is zero).
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and let you know. Continuing to use Tendly after that means you accept the updated terms.
